Suitability
We extend our services to all individuals possessing an email address and an Indian mobile phone number. Our Platform is designed to cater to a wide audience. However, it's vital that the Platform is accessed and utilized solely by individuals who are legally (18) to enter into binding contracts as defined by the Indian Contract Act. We are unable to provide services to users who have been suspended or removed from any Wegofin Digital service.
Impersonation, false statements, or misrepresentation of identity, age, or affiliations are strictly prohibited. We value authenticity and integrity within our community.

Chargeback : A Chargeback is the reversal of a transaction made by a Service Provider's User. This can occur for various reasons, including alleged forgery of account or card details, charges made on a hotlisted card, duplicate transactions, refunds due to transaction denial, incorrect or extra payments, or fraudulent use of personal and financial information.
Confidential Information : This term refers to any business, technical, or financial information related to Wegofin Digital or its affiliates. It includes information connected to the arrangements outlined in these Terms and Conditions or any other document incorporating these Terms and Conditions. This information may pertain to financial and business operations, among other things.
Effective Date or Registration Date : This signifies the date when a User's Account is registered on Wegofin Digital.
Wegofin Digital Policies : This encompasses all the policies and terms and conditions associated with Wegofin Digital's services, including the Terms of Use, Privacy Policies, Grievance Policies, and any other terms and conditions or policies made available and updated on Wegofin Digital.
Proprietary Rights : Proprietary Rights refers to all Proprietary Rights associated with the performance of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable agreement. It includes software, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, symbols, styles, graphics, content, and more.
KYC or Know Your Customer : KYC is the process mandated by law for collecting and verifying a User's personal identification information before providing services.
Services : Services encompass all offerings available to Users through the Wegofin Digital Platform. These services can include banking services, non-banking services, and other similar offerings provided directly or through Merchants.

These General Terms and Conditions are here to guide your journey while using the Services provided by Wegofin Digital. We believe in transparency and mutual understanding, so let's delve into the key aspects.
Supplying Accurate Information
To ensure a seamless experience, Users commit to providing truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and at all other times when interacting with Wegofin Digital.
Securing your account
Your Account with Wegofin Digital, through which our services are rendered, is identified by your cell phone number and email. We strongly advise you to choose a secure password to protect your Account. Never share or write down your password. It's important to note that Wegofin Digital or its Service Providers will never request your Account password or any other private information. If you suspect any compromise of your Account's security, promptly change your password and hold Wegofin Digital harmless from any resulting liabilities.
Respecting your privacy
The personal information you provide during your interactions with Wegofin Digital, as well as information collected by Merchants and Digital Channels in the course of these Terms of Use or any Applicable Agreement, is governed by Wegofin Digital's Privacy Policy.
Reclaiming inactive accounts
For the sake of security, Wegofin Digital reserves the right to reclaim inactive Accounts without prior notice. An Account is considered inactive if a User hasn't logged in for more than six months or hasn't engaged in any transactions.
Third-party sites, products and services
The Wegofin Digital services and the Site may contain references or links to other websites or services (referred to as "Reference Sites") for your convenience. It's important to note that Wegofin Digital does not endorse these Reference Sites or the content, resources, goods, or services they offer.
Your interactions or transactions with Reference Sites are solely between you and the Reference Site. Any dealings with Reference Sites, including the information, materials, products, and services they provide, are at your own risk.
Interaction Guidelines
By accepting this Agreement, you consent to the following communication practices.
Wegofin Digital may send you transactional or non-transactional business communications via SMS, Email, or Push notifications while fulfilling your requests or servicing your Account. Even if you opt out of marketing communications, Wegofin Digital may continue sending transactional and critical communications.
When you utilize the Wegofin Digital Platform or any Services, we will make every effort to provide alerts, and it will be assumed that you have received the information we supply. We are not responsible for verifying the identity of the recipient of our notifications, and we are not liable for any non-availability of notification services.
Limitation of liability
We prioritize transparency and responsibility. Please carefully consider the following to understand the boundaries of our liability.
No Consequential or Indirect Damages.
We want to be clear that Wegofin Digital, its directors, agents, officers, and employees shall not be held responsible for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages incurred by Users. This includes but is not limited to, missed business opportunities, lost revenues, anticipated profit loss, and any other financial or non-financial losses or damages resulting from or related to:
- Any agreements made between Users and Wegofin Digital.
- The use of Wegofin Digital services or the Site, as well as any Reference Sites.
- The ability or inability to use Wegofin Digital services or the Site, even if we or our authorized representatives have advised of such potential damages.
- Unauthorized access or alterations to data or transmissions.
- Any transactions involving third parties or conduct by third parties.
- Infringement of another's rights.
- The use of counterfeit or stolen cards or devices.
- Transactions related to fraudulent electronic funds.
Please note that Wegofin Digital reserves the right to reverse any transaction at our sole discretion, subject to approval by the service provider. In any case, if a court of law determines that Wegofin Digital or its directors, officers, or employees must indemnify a User, our liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the User (if any) for using the specific portion of the Site or Wegofin Digital services that led to the complaint.
Balancing risk and responsibilities
Our offering of products and services, along with our pricing structure, is based on the warranties, disclaimers, and limitations of liability outlined here. These provisions represent a fair allocation of risk between Users and Wegofin Digital, and they are crucial to the agreement between Wegofin Digital and Users. Without these safeguards, we would not be able to provide our services to Users on a sustainable economic basis.
Reasons for Rejection
Please be aware that Wegofin Digital and its Service Providers may decline the authentication and/or authorization of transactions for various reasons, including but not limited to
- Insufficient funds
- Incorrect authentication details provided
- Expired card/bank account
- Risk management concerns
- Suspicion of fraudulent transactions
- Sale of restricted or banned items
- Use of compromised cards or bank account numbers
- Use of banned/blacklisted cards or bank account numbers
- Risk Management Measures
As part of our commitment to security, Wegofin Digital and/or the Service Providers may, at our sole discretion, block specific card numbers, account numbers, groups of cards, or transactions, either permanently or temporarily. We may also employ various risk mitigation measures, such as blocking specific IP addresses, devices, or geographical locations, to protect our platform and Users.
Transaction Limitations
In the interest of risk management, Wegofin Digital and/or the Service Providers may impose limitations on the size, amount, and/or monthly volume of transactions at any time. Our decisions in this regard will be based on multiple factors, and the final call will be ours alone.
Dealing with Fraudulent Transactions
At Wegofin Digital, we take swift action when we receive reports of unauthorized debit/chargebacks on a customer's payment instrument, which we refer to as "Fraudulent Transactions."
Here's how we handle such situations :
User Notification and Documentation
If we receive a report from the bank regarding a Fraudulent Transaction, we will promptly notify the User. To assist in resolving the issue, the User must provide all relevant documents and information related to the Transaction associated with the Chargeback within one (1) day. We may extend this period if required by the bank.
User Agreement and Acknowledgment
The User agrees and acknowledges these procedures.
Insufficient Documentation
If the User is unable to provide the required Chargeback Documents to the satisfaction of the bank, the bank may instruct us to reverse the debit associated with the Chargeback. This means that the Chargeback Amount will be credited back to the customer's Payment Instrument. During the resolution process, we may suspend the settlement of the disputed amount or withhold the value of the Transaction.
Settlement of Disputed Amount
In cases where the User has already settled the amount related to the Fraudulent Transaction, any disputes arising from that Transaction will be resolved in accordance with the guidelines issued by regulators or service providers.
User Responsibility for Fines and Charges
Users understand and accept their responsibility for fines, penalties, and charges imposed by banks, card networks, and government authorities in connection with unauthorized transactions.
Charge Reimbursement
The User acknowledges that, if necessary:
- We may incur charges due to Chargebacks.
- If the Transaction Amounts available are insufficient to cover the Chargeback Amount, we may issue a Debit Memo requesting reimbursement from the User.
- The User must reimburse the Chargeback Amount within three (3) working days of receiving the Debit Memo.
User Responsibility for Transaction Approvals
Both parties agree that any payment instructions for Transactions accepted by the User, as per the terms herein, are the User's responsibility and liability. This includes cases where
- The User approves transactions exceeding their account balance or credit limit.
- The User approves a fraudulent transaction.
Wegofin Digital's Role
As a facilitator for payment processing services requested by Users, Wegofin Digital acknowledges that it is not responsible for unauthorized transactions, including those conducted by third parties, which infringe upon another's rights, or for chargeback claims made by customers. Users are responsible for ensuring their security during online or other transactions.
Assistance in Resolving Queries
While Wegofin Digital will assist Users in resolving any queries related to the Services, we shall not be held responsible for disputes or inquiries concerning customer payments to the website. Users are encouraged to take necessary precautions while conducting transactions and maintaining the security of their accounts. At Wegofin Digital, we are committed to safeguarding your transactions and providing support when needed.
Securing your account
At Wegofin Digital, we prioritize the security of your account and transactions. To ensure this, you agree to comply with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and its statutory rules, as well as all relevant laws, rules, and regulations. These include those related to data security, management, storage, sharing, and protection.
User commitment to legal and ethical condition
You, as the User, affirm and certify that you will not engage in any illegal or unethical behavior. Furthermore, you guarantee that any financial data or information received by you will be stored in a system located solely in India. This data should encompass complete end-to-end transaction details and information collected, carried, or processed as part of the message or payment instructions. Additionally, you understand and accept that account balances held by Users on the Wegofin Digital Platform are non-interest bearing and may be forfeited if left unused for more than 365 days.
User's Representations and Commitments
You, the User, make the following representations and commitments
You have had ample opportunity to review and assess the performance of the Applicable Agreement, including its financial implications and risks. If Wegofin Digital becomes aware of any violation or potential violation of these Terms of Use or any circumstances that could harm Wegofin Digital's reputation, you will cooperate fully in addressing and rectifying the situation.
You are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents and approvals from regulatory or governmental authorities, including any required consent from customers for data transfer to the User and/or the Wegofin Digital Platform, as per Applicable Law.
You will strictly adhere to the Privacy Policy and all Applicable Laws governing your duties under the Applicable Agreement. This includes compliance with data protection, security, anti-piracy measures, and regulatory directives related to payment data. You will also maintain all required registrations under Applicable Law for Wegofin Digital.
Without prior written consent from Wegofin Digital, you will not use any unauthorized methods, including deep-linking, page scraping, robots, spiders, or other automatic or manual processes, to access, acquire, copy, or monitor any part of the Wegofin Digital Platform. You will not attempt to circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the platform.
You will not engage in any unauthorized access attempts, such as hacking or password mining, to gain access to any part of the Platform, other connected systems or networks, servers, computers, or services offered through the Platform.
At Wegofin Digital, we are committed to maintaining the integrity and security of our platform, and we appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these principles.
Indemnification
By using our service, you agree to indemnify, protect, and hold harmless Wegofin Digital, its affiliates, contractors, employees, officers, directors, agents, and third-party suppliers, licensors, and partners from any claims, demands, actions, or suits brought against Wegofin Digital and against all losses, damages, liabilities, costs, charges, and expenses arising from or related to:
- Your misuse of the Site/application or the services provided by Wegofin Digital.
- Violation of the Terms of Use or Applicable Agreement.
- Breach of the representations, warranties, and covenants contained in these Terms of Use or Applicable Agreement.
- Violation of any Applicable Law leading to claims, legal notices, or quasi-legal proceedings involving Wegofin Digital by anyone, including governmental authorities.
- Failure to obtain any required statutory or regulatory approvals to fulfill your obligations with Wegofin Digital.
- Any liability, claims, damages, costs, or expenses incurred due to your actions or violations under Section 269ST of the Income Tax Act, 1961, when acting as a collection agent for the Company.
Wegofin Digital retains the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify Wegofin Digital. You agree to assist Wegofin Digital in defending and settling such claims, and Wegofin Digital will make reasonable efforts to inform you when aware of any claim, action, or proceeding covered by this indemnity.
Disclaimer
Wegofin Digital and its officers, directors, employees, and agents disclaim all express or implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law. This includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of proprietary rights. Any advice or Information obtained from Wegofin Digital or through its services or the Site does not create any warranty not expressly stated herein. Wegofin Digital does not authorize anyone to make warranties on its behalf, and Users should not rely on any such claims.
Users acknowledge that Wegofin Digital acts as a reseller and is not responsible for the obligations of third-party suppliers. Users are responsible for assessing the accuracy, completeness, and use of any views, advice, products, or other information offered via the Site or on the internet in general. Wegofin Digital does not guarantee the continuous availability of its services, freedom from errors, viruses, or other harmful components, or the resolution of any such flaws. Wegofin Digital services, the Site, and all related data and Information are provided "as is" and "as available," "with all faults," without any express or implied warranties or representations.
Proprietary Rights
Wegofin Digital and/or its third-party licensors own and operate the Site and its services. Various elements of Wegofin Digital's services and the Site are protected by Applicable Law, including visual interfaces, graphics, designs, compilations, information, computer code, products, software, services, and other elements. Users acknowledge that Wegofin Digital owns all Materials and Proprietary Rights, along with its licensors and suppliers.
Users agree not to remove, obscure, or alter copyright, patent, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices on Wegofin Digital's services. Users shall not sell, license, distribute, copy, modify, publicly display or perform, transmit, publish, edit, adapt, create derivative works from, or engage in any other unauthorized use of Wegofin Digital's Materials or Proprietary Rights.
Under the terms of this Agreement, neither Party acquires any rights or interests in the Proprietary Rights of the other Party. Parties shall not reverse-engineer or disassemble each other's Proprietary Rights, nor allow others to do so.
Modification
Wegofin Digital reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove these Terms of Use at any time by posting a notice on the Site or otherwise notifying Users. These changes apply immediately to payment transactions initiated after the initial posting date and are considered accepted by Users after 24 hours. If you disagree with any modification, your sole remedy is to terminate your use of the Services.
Discretion
Users must maintain the Discretion of Confidential Information. Users agree to protect Sensitive Information with the same security and care as their own confidential Information and to use it only in connection with the relevant Transaction. Users acknowledge the sensitivity and Discretion of maintaining customer data and transaction records and agree not to breach these obligations.
Termination
Wegofin Digital reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Wegofin Digital Platform and Services without prior notice if :
- You violate these Terms of Use or any Wegofin Digital policies.
- You engage in restricted, illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
- Wegofin Digital has reason to believe that the Information you provided is incomplete, inaccurate, or false.
- Termination shall not prejudice any other remedies available to Wegofin Digital.
Jurisdictional Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles, and are under the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
Force majeure
Wegofin Digital shall not be liable for failing to perform its duties under these Terms of Use due to events beyond its reasonable control. In such cases, Wegofin Digital will notify you in writing, and its performance obligations will be extended accordingly. If the delay exceeds ninety days, either Party may terminate the unperformed portions of these Terms of Use.
Miscellaneous
Severability : If any provision of these Terms of Use is deemed unlawful, void, or invalid, it will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, while the remaining provisions will remain in effect

Waiver

Any waiver of a specific provision within these Terms and Conditions must be made in writing and signed by Wegofin Digital.
